Bryan Herrera is an awesome electrician with Precision Today. He took out my old Wadsworth fuse box and updated the electrical in my fuse panel. Bryan was very patient with me, gave a thorough explanation of the work, and how long it would take to be completed. He left the area clean and I’m very pleased with the outcome. More importantly, his manager James Pope in electrical at Precision Today is a man of his word. He resolved my ongoing problem in one day that four people couldn’t do in two months. The installation Dept. blamed the Sales Dept. and vis versa for the mishap. The problem I had with them came after my furnace installation. The inspector deemed that the old Wadsworth panel needed to be updated to better support the new furnace system. They wanted to charge me over $6,000 for this work. After speaking with James Pope for the first time to explain the problem, he returned my call the same day like he said he would and with a solution. This deserves repeating, he resolved my ongoing problem in one day that four people couldn’t do in two months. The icing on the cake is the work was completely free!!! I needed my water heater replaced as it was 11 years old and was in bad condition. The technician Ray Santiago arrived promptly and was able to access the heater and explained in great detail the available heaters I could get as well as showed pricing for all different ones. He was super attentive and polite in every aspect as well as a good price for the new heater. The installation was fast and clean, and Ray was such a friendly person as well.
