They offer many resources that provide businesses with what they do, but they took the extra time to work with me on every detail that I was curious about. To begin with Kristin was more than helpful, she was instrumental in my consideration for becoming a member. Dana was also a huge help in guiding me through our profile listing. I spoke at their 2023 EMERGE conference, and from somebody who attends too many conferences all over the country, this one was so well organized and structured, and the communication was top notch. Their conference room is decent! Parking sometimes is terrible, so keep this in mind. On a busy day there often is no parking near. Friendly front desk.
