I've been using Commerce7 now for a couple of years. The experience has been generally good but responsiveness and help has been poor. I'm in Europe and they offer a 6 hour email response after they wake up in Western Canada at 9.30 am. That's frankly pathetic. As a result I have spent today waiting to ship as their club shipments has been processing for now 4 hours without actually charging or creating the orders. Lots of suggestions for change which they promise and don't deliver. Resting on their laurels would be an apt description
