“Pretty great” if you don’t mind terrible service and MOLDY FOOD!! Seriously charging people for moldy doughnuts should be a crime. Check your food guys, seriously! Never coming back here again. The only reason for the 1 star is for the free air pump.

This store has been a good place to go for my husband and I til last night (2/15/25) My husband and I were just going in to warm up some food and to fill up my cup with ice water. Not even 2 minutes after we walk in one of the workers started almost yelling at my husband saying he had told him he isn't allowed in the store. We both were confused. I asked the worker when he told my husband that and he then looked at me and said "I wasn't talking to you" in a very rude tone of voice. He was very unprofessional and disrespectful. My husband had told me after we left that he had had a problem with the same guy every time he is there when he goes in there. We will no longer go to this gas station due to this one person.

Used to like to come here for a quick drink with ice for the summer, but a recent incident happened that changed my mind about coming here ever again. Manager Spencer was very, very rude to my husband. He did not want to do a return or EVEN an exchange on an item we purchased 30 sec before once we noticed it was the wrong item. Un-opened & w/ receipt in hand refused to help us. He yelled “NO RETURNS”, when there’s no where that states about any returns. We remained calmed & another cashier tried to step in when she noticed that Spencer’s was making an “big deal” of things and consider an exchange & Spencer said “NO EXCHANGE!” At that point, people were starring and made a very uncomfortable environment. We asked to speak w/ the manager & told us it’s him & we told him he should not be manager due to how he handled the situation. Another incident 1 yr ago, Spencer called the cops cause a $100 bill looked fake, which we got from the bank and we’re trying to get a money order for our rent. He kept saying it’s fake and looks fake and he threaten to call the cops, which my husband then said “no worries, I’ll call them” and my husband did call the cops because the fake bill accusation it’s not something to play with. Long story short, the bill was real confirmed by the police.

Prepaid for gas in two transactions (long story) she told me all I would have to do is hang up and the handle and let it reset and then I could pump the rest of my gas. Well, I had a baby in the car she was cranky enough when in dragged her out of the car the first time to pay. She was sleeping when I was done with the first transaction, hung up the pump. Waited for the reset.... Nothing. Waited a little longer... still nothing. Press the "call" button... obviously doesn't work just for looks... nothing. Pressed help several times on the keypad... the pump screen said it was getting the attendant but of course... NOTHING! TRIED WAVING MY HANDS TO GET THEIR ATTENTION! BUT STILL NOTHING. Well I will not be visiting this Common Cents anymore. I have been fairly consistently purchasing gas and snacks before games for the past 7 uears... I'm done... they used to be known for their great customer service and smiley ways and their famous Hello.....something has changed and it has not been for the better. Goodbye Rose Park Common Cents.
