Common Ground Yoga

Have been taking Laura’s classes for a few years now and can’t say enough good things! The studio is cute and cozy and her classes are welcoming, fun and can be tailored to all skill level. One of the best!

This studio is changing my mindset and body in important ways. Despite remaining very active, I knew I also needed a yoga practice for mental and physical wellbeing - especially for flexibility and balance. Hot yoga and the weekend warrior/crossfit mentality were too much for me. This is a studio for folks who want a gentler approach to maintaining their mobility and enhancing awareness of movement in their daily lives. I am very grateful for Common Ground.

commonground is a total delight and I am so grateful to have found it. every teacher I've had here (+ can't forget wellness coordinator, Ariel) has been wonderful in their own individual way. they are all warm and welcoming, attentive to their students, and passionate about what they do. everytime I leave class, I feel like I have gained something. if you are looking to reconnect with your body, clear your mind, and find some joy, this is the place for you. really - you should check it out.
