RDH Bich Nguyen was such a pleasure today. Hope all my dental cleanings are with her. However it does seem like my gap has gotten bigger since that appointment . I’ve asked people with no context given if they noticed anything different in my smile and the first thing stated was the gap being bigger, so that only reinforced my belief something went wrong. From now on, I will be taking close up pictures of my smile before heading into any dental appointment.

Piss poor service, no way to reach urgent care on the phone... They left me a message saying they wanted to discuss my x-ray results. Gave me a number to call back; that number is bogus. I'm still wishing I had my results, but have transferred my care to a real doctors office. CHC 👎🏻👎🏻

I have mixed feelings about this place,it's both great and horrible. Being able to get sliding scale care AND a payment plan is absolutely great !! I am on disability which means Medicare which means no dental coverage AND no money to spare. The staff is great,the receptionist,the girl doing the x-rays and the lady who does the cleanings is the BEST !! However,I need extensive work,and was not told until leaving that they don't do root canals or extractions,and the place they referred me too was super sketchy and down near Olympia. Also when leaving and giving me that info (which was useless) they only made me an appointment for a deep cleaning,nothing was said about getting anything else done. So imagine my surprise when I go back for the cleaning and ask why nobody mentioned me needing fillings,when I so obviously do,that I need about 6 more appointments to get all the work done. Why wasn't a treatment plan discussed when the dentist talked to me about needing a root canal ? Had I known I needed a multitude of fillings I would have been getting this done over the last few months while waiting for the cleaning appointment. Seems a bit unprofessional

Dr.Porter and Dorris the assistant helped me understand the severity of my dental situation and setup follow up appointments that day. One thing that could be done better is the front desk people's manners in person and on the phone. A lady argued with me on the phone this morning. Not very good customer service and I only deal with them to schedule an appointment or check in.
