My dear friend, Francis Urribarri was treated poorly by Dr. Singh. He would not attend to her needs and kept asking his assistant to check her insurance for coverage. In the end all he did was take x-rays of her teeth and told her to come back at 8 AM on the 11th. When Francis got to the front desk she was told that he would not take care of her again and sent her back to the doctor who had made the initial referral. This is extremely frustrating because she was not feeling well and had everything taken care of before going to see Dr. Singh. Francis will never go back to this office again.
I went to Bourne walk in clinic when they were just opening it a year or so ago. At that time it was pretty disorganised not good communication so I thought I would give it awhile. Today I went back again taken to an examination room waited 20 minutes Carlos came in looked like he just got out of bed. He had the rolling table that you put your iPad on his was broken to the point of having had to shove paper along the bottom of it to even put your iPad on it so it wouldn’t slide off. He would not let me explain my symptoms just took vitals. Then 20 minutes more until doctor came in. Which she is NOT a doctor by any stretch of the imagination. I had my coat on ready to leave because I had been there 40 minutes. The “doctor said “Go back in that room and sit down and close the door “ so I did then she said “ what I do is NONE of your business “ I said there is no one else here. She said that was none of my business. I was and am so sick I couldn’t take the scolding. I left crying. Horrible Horrible. The community health center is great. The walk in should be gone!!!!!!! Drive to stoneham urgent care they are professional have kind beside manner the real doctors hair is clean and the are respectably dressed
I have never been as livid as I am with this place regularly. The doctors and most of the nurses are fine, when you get to see them. I have literally been keep waiting 5+ hours for a physical. Unless you get the very first appointment you're out of luck. Oh and they won't update you on anything. The reception and administration are a joke. I have never once received timely or helpful assistance from the staff. I'll use the app, I'll call, I'll talk to them directly - nothing. I get the run around for weeks. The amount of times they say they're sending referrals - only for me to show up to the specialist and they haven't. I ask for documents - they refuse. I show up to an appointment early only to wait several hours then have my appointment "rescheduled" for 6 months later as I'm physically in the office. They change their hours, not update anything, and then lie about it. They have wasted so much of my time and energy. Go anywhere else.
I have been a patient there 20 plus years and my NP retired. I made an appointment with her replacement and told her that I was really struggling with my mental-health. I simply asked her to prescribe my psych medication, in a different form, so that I can be sure I take it because my main symptom of ADHD is the inability to be consistent. I did not need a new diagnosis or a new med. she had 20 plus years of records, proving I had zero allergy to the drug, and without even assessing me, she flat out refused to prescribe me the shot (as opposed to the pill of the same drug). She told me that she “didn’t feel comfortable “ prescribing me the shot and that I needed a psych evaluation if I wanted that. So she told the patient who just explained their inability to be consistent, their fragile mental state, and their fierce desire to receive help because it’s severely affecting my life, plain NO. I told her I was not okay mentally and could not afford to wait months just to be placed on a med that I have already been prescribed for decades. She didn’t ask me a single assessment question before refusing me. She liters spoke to me for 2 minutes and refused to help. Don’t waste your time with her. I am a registered nurse and assessment is nursing 101. She is a poor excuse for an NP
