Doctor Dunn is easily one of the finest doctors in Wyoming. He listens to his patients. That is rare in my experience. We have a few really great doctors in Casper and Dr. Dunn is the cream of the crop. I highly recommend him.

Sarah Peaks is the most attentive and caring provider I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She noticed and cared about things that other providers have blown off or said didn’t matter (chest pain and heart issues I’ve had since a relatively young age), she cared deeply, and she found a solution. Their clinic is really cool. My only suggestion would be to make it easier to get someone on the phone at the front desk - I’ve never had much luck getting info or callbacks same day, except when their answering service answers, but they can’t do much. Other than that, I’m blown away by the actual medical care they provide, the clinic itself, and couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

I was very excited to move my son over to Dr Dunn as he’s an amazing doctor but the office manager Travis has ruined that for me. His attitude, lack of patience and professionalism was shocking. I went into the office to sign some paperwork to switch over and had asked if it would be hard to get ahold of someone if I were to switch my son over as I called twice an hour 12pm- 3pm (I waited until voicemail. I didn’t feel like I needed to leave a voicemail to ask if they were in office to fill out some paperwork. They close during lunch and I wasn’t sure when that was.) He immediately cut me off and was defensive. I asked to speak to someone else due to his attitude and he snapped back saying he was the office manager. I left unimpressed with the way he was behaving. I’m dealing with scheduling issues where I am at currently and was afraid of the same thing happening. I felt my question was valid and the way I had asked was in no way aggressive to where he needed to treat me that way. I’m now in a pickle to find my son a provider, I thought we’d be in good hands but the lack of professionalism was inappropriate. Please Travis learn to talk to people as you are supposed to make new patients feel welcome and I felt far from that.

I am so greatful to have Sarah Peak as my doctor. I am from Colorado and she has out done a lot of doctors I have came encounter with my asthma ect..She is on point, friendly, and she actually cares about my well-being. Sarah has given me a very good experience here in Wyoming with her professionalism. Thank you for helping with my health issues that's is resolving for the better.
