POOR pet care! I had to travel out of the US while my cat was sick. I'd used the service a few other times and felt a little uneasy. Had her back anyway. It's hard to find good pet care and someone you trust in your home-especially on short notice. She acted as if coming to my house was inconvenient. (I lived five miles from her place) I asked her time and time again while I was traveling for pictures and updates. When we first hired her she said she gives daily updates and pictures. NOT TRUE. I also learned when we got home that she was spending less than five minutes each visit. She promises 30 min with each visit in her basic plan. UGH! My cat was sick and she didn't even spend time with her. I DO NOT recommend this agency. One star for showing up, feeding the cat and cleaning the cat box.

I found Judy after I was unsatisfied with the way another pet sitter left my cats without any water. She does care about the animal’s well being. When we were doing the walk-through she pointed out that the way I was asking her to give medicine would make the cats hate her, and cause increased stress, which is a health risk. We decided it best to mix the medicine with Tuna. It was good of her to be so honest; it shows she cares about doing a good job. The economy is very strong right now, and so she is very busy. I have been ripped off by many service providers recently for my home’s maintenance etc, due to the high demand. But not with Judy, she has been at this for a long time and my cats are the happiest and least stressed on my arrival when she cares for them.
