Optimum Wellness is awesome. I’ve had some injuries and Dr. J has really helped me out to stay healthy. It’s more than just a chiropractic office . They provide massage, physiotherapy, shockwave therapy , laser. I may have missed some things, but there’s a lot to get a person back to good health again. All these people in there different roles are professional and know there stuff to get you back on your feet again. Presently I’m seeing Diane, her vast knowledge of the laser machine, and how it works for your body, she knows her stuff, just ask her. I’ve experienced all the areas in this facility and I trust these people a 100%. Lastly, who do you see coming in and leaving the facility, the girls up front. Personally, they have the hardest job. They do such an amazing job. Welcoming each person in and out with there smiling faces. All I can say is Thankyou Thankyou for looking after me and my family, you guys rock!!!

I absolutely need to share my 5 star experience with anyone looking to go here for any kind of treatment or massage - Ryan MacFarlane took care of me yesterday, and I've never had a massage therapist so passionate about his craft. He was thrilled to answer questions, incredibly in depth with finding the source of my pain and problems, and, although it hurt in the moment, he gave me my entire range of motion back in one session. I cannot wait to see what he does when I go back for a second session - hard working, professional, verbally explained everything he was doing so I could work with him the whole time. This is coming from someone who, the next morning, woke up sore but in the best way ever. Not a beat up, bad sore, like a hard workout tiredness sore after one of the best sleeps of his recent life. Thank you Ryan, thank you optimum wellness! Your staff is absolutely amazing at this location.

Always a great experience. The girls at the front desk always remember your name and are always willing to help and answer questions. Jamie is a consummate professional and always resolves any issues you have without having to go back for the rest of your life. Combine a 1 hour massage with Juliane and a spinal adjustment with Jamie right after and your week will be gloriously pain free. I would highly recommend using Optimum Wellness.
