mo foThis company plans their loads by the week. Expect to get paid the same per mile when fuel goes up. They like to find some loads in Edmonton but you live in Calgary and they will call and ask you load the trailer, however they will not call you till about 930am, its a 3hr drive to Edmonton plus you got to go get your truck, the shipper closes at 4pm. You will be on AB2 north highway and calling the dispatcher for the address and he will lie to you about it, saying that you should already have it. What kind of carrier does that. Then other times they wont give you the trip info for the US till 9pm at night and you are doing you 36 hr reset in Calgary but Aman is at a family function so he cant be bothered to run his own company. That is how Compass Transport operates. They have a big list of restrictions for owner operators, which you have to ask for and was not including in the hiring package. You will find your loaded trailer with the bobtail parked in front of it that was used to pick the load up. But the office will not move the bobtail for you, nor do they have the key for that power unit. Then they blame you for not figuring that out. Compass Transport one month charged me $500 for permits and its just a dry van. Aman refuses to answer his cell phone on the weekends, yet he owns a carrier.
