Matt has been my go to for over a decade. Ever since he ventured out on his own and started his own company, he has been my sole plumber and I have never been disappointed. He has always been professional and has often exceeded expectations. I have three rental units and have provided his number to each tenant, many of whom have moved on but still use Matt's services. On the rare occasion there has been an emergency, he has responded immediately and resolved the issue, more than once in the middle of the night. I have recommended Complete Plumbing to everyone I know and will continue to do so. Thanks for the great service!

Matt and his apprentice did an amazing job reconfiguring my sump pump setup last year. I have a very high water table around my house and needed a setup that would ensure my basement doesn't flood. Very disappointing ! Matt, the 'solo' plumber/owner of this business, takes on more work than he can handle as a one man show. Although the rough-in plumbing for our new build was adequate, it is impossible to contact him to "complete" the finish work or the final details. Texts and calls are not returned and we were left waiting for many months. Finally gave up on him! Taps, drains, sum pump, shower doors, toilet seats required attention he did not provide. A more suitable name for this business is "Incomplete Plumbing".

Interesting how you were too “busy” to return our numerous calls or respond to our texts, yet you had the time to immediately write a lengthy response to our Google review. Hmmm… TWO YEARS of waiting for you to “resolve the other maintenance issues” besides the shower door fiasco is long enough! No thanks, Matt. We found someone else who did it in no time.
