Have worked with Jeanne at Complete Travel on past vacations, but our latest experience was the best. Our family traveled to Vietnam. Jeanne helped us plan the trip, suggested many time and money saving alternatives, set up flights, hotels, transfers to different cities and tour excursions. Dealing with 7 adults who each had different ideas and preferences must have felt like herding cats! Everything went as planned and we had an awesome time thanks to Jeanne.

My fiance and I have used Complete Travel several times for international vacations and could not have had a more convenient plan put together. Consideration was taken for our seat locations and comfort, the best time to travel for our budget, and recommendations on excursions to consider at each destination. With our honeymoon we were given an extensive list of destinations along with travel information - all while giving recommendations considering our travels would be in hurricane season. It was comforting to know our safety was an important aspect for them as well. Amidst wedding planning we never came across any need for additional requests - everything from hotel transport to connecting flights etc. was taken care of. Jeanne in particular has been so helpful as she's visited many of the locations herself, and can give priceless insight into each destination. By far the easiest and most convenient way to travel - we don't plan to travel in the future without the help of Complete Travel every time.

I used Complete Travel and Cruise recently for my honeymoon. I told Jeanne what type of trip we wanted to take and my budget. She quickly found three or four options, from which we chose French Polynesia. We knew we wanted to relax but that we also wanted to do some active things, like hiking and exploring local towns. Jeanne helped us figure out that we would actually visit three islands. After that, she handled the rest. Flights, transportation to and from the airport, which resorts/hotels to stay at, food, and even activity options—everything was handled. My wife and I literally had to only check the itinerary and do what it said, and decide which activities to choose. The process was so smooth. Jeanne does a fantastic job understanding her clients needs and expectations, and works tirelessly to meet them. I will use her for every extended vacation I take, and you should too!!

I've used Complete Travel for several vacations now, most notably a big trip to France with a friend. I was in over my head trying to plan, and Jeanne helped me narrow down cities and found day trips and tours that were affordable and personalized. She has gone back and forth over email with me so many times as I waffle over flight options, and she even took my call from Paris when I couldn't figure out how to register my checked back for a return flight. Vacations aren't supposed to be stressful, and Jeanne makes sure her clients' aren't.
