I have nothing but amazing things to say about Complete Video Solutions! At the start of the day they showed up on time and got started right away! Jeremy made such great content for the content creation portion of the service and so far has provided my favorite video, ever, so far, of me and my father walking down the aisle. So special!! And Edwin was just as wonderful! He was everywhere, too, for the cinematic, traditional videos! He had so much to set up and he got exactly what he needed. Like I said… nothing but great things! Highly recommend!! Lastly, Tom was so great in communications all through the planning stages that I had no worries about this part of the planning. Rest assured, using Complete Video Solutions is a great idea- book as soon as you can, to get them locked in for the package that is right for you!

Complete Video Solutions did a phenomenal job with our wedding video! They were recommended to us by our photographers, Rosy and Shaun, as a company that our photographers had worked well with in the past. Though we love our recap video, having the full ceremony and reception footage was really important to us and is a feature that many companies don’t offer. We had a very unique ceremony we wanted documented and lots of performances and speeches at our reception, so we are so glad we have the footage of all of that thanks to Complete Video Solutions. The final cuts were fantastic and we have all been so overjoyed and emotional at getting to relive our wedding day through these videos. It is amazing to see the overall view of it since we experienced it all up close on the day of! The selected raw footage is wonderful as well and captured so many behind the scenes memories from the day that are still making us smile. Jeremy was our videographer and he was great- we felt super comfortable with him all day and we couldn’t be happier with the final videos! If you are on the fence about videography, do it and hire Complete Video Solutions! You really won’t regret it.

I knew early in the planning process that it was important to me to hire a videographer to capture our special day. I wanted to be able to capture a day that I knew would go by way too fast, and witness moments I may have missed in the whirlwind. After some research, I found Complete Video Solutions on The Knot. Right away they looked like a great fit for us with their different package options and the amazing feedback from other couples. We decided to go for it and book them and I am so grateful that we did! We could not have asked for a better experience than we had working with Complete Video Solutions. From the very beginning of the planning process, all the way up to our big day, we were provided with all the guidance and information we needed to prioritize what was most important to us and get what we envisioned out of the process. The communication was truly 10/10 and there was a convenient online portal to keep us organized and on track. On our wedding day, Tom and Jeremy's expertise, professionalism, and kindness made the day run smooth and easy and we were able to just live in the moment, feeling confident in knowing our memories were in the best of hands. We have since received the video edits and they are such beautiful representations of our relationship and our day. We cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of our memories.

We hired Complete Video Solutions to videotape a traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony that we celebrated at our home last Fall. Tom Santilli (the owner) was extremely responsive, kind, and easy to work with, and we are so happy we hired him! We planned our entire event in only a couple of months and Tom replied promptly to all of our emailed questions, making our planning process so much easier. He talked through all of the logistics with us ahead of time, such as which elements of the day we would like him to film and where people would be sitting and talking, so he could make sure to bring all of the necessary gear and microphones. On the day of our event, Tom himself came to videotape and was easy going yet extremely professional, and he worked seamlessly among our group of guests (even with many kids running around!). While we wanted our event to be filmed, we weren’t sure how we would feel having a videographer tape an intimate event at our home; however, Tom worked without any disruption to the event, and we barely noticed that he and his equipment were there! We had three different portions of the event, and he videotaped each of them beautifully – one was in front of our home, one was in our backyard on the deck, and one was inside our home. The finished videotape that we received was edited beautifully, with a perfect balance of overall scenes and zoomed-in ones. The sound quality of the speeches was great, too; he perfectly captured voices from different areas of our backyard deck and was able to tune out background noise. We are so appreciative of Tom and his company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a talented videographer with top-notch service!
