Complex Steel Buildings

I don’t think I would use this company again. Terrible when it comes to communication. They haven’t started the install yet. They told me they would show up between 2 and 4. I took off early so I could be here when they got here. Never happened and I did not get a call. I am trying to cancel my order. Guys were cool. Not impressed with the job. Roof looks bad at the edges.

I don't usually post reviews, but Complex Steel Buildings did such an amazing job, I feel I should share my experience. Starting with Criss in sales, he worked with me to design 2 buildings to fit on my property and hold everything I wanted to store. This wasn't easy and took a little "reworking" until we found the perfect solution. He was very patient and walked me through every step of the planning and process. Once we decided to move forward, the contracts and transaction went very smoothly. We had our job scheduled and awaited our install date! Roger and his crew showed up and started to put these monsters together. We had a challenging installation as we were installing on a freshly graded and graveled lot. I can't say enough good things about this team. Despite the challenges, every wall is perfectly straight, square, and level, and these 2 buildings are absolutely beautiful. Roger's team are real professionals. Their attention to detail, fit, and finish really made these buildings exceed all my expectations. I didn't expect the amount of metal in the framing and the beautiful trim and boxed eves. We've had some heavy winds and these buildings don't even wiggle. I usually have buyer's remorse, especially with purchases this large. But not in this case. I paid a very fair price for a very high quality building that was installed beautifully.
