Driver can’t even find the correct adress

One of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. Simply trying to ship a box but couldn’t get through to the store to just find out if they were open. My call got diverted to some call centre, I think in the US. The person could not answer my questions and I found out later gave me wrong information I ended up using Canada Post.

You really need to know that the business operating in the building is a UPS banner as well. Overall, fast and easy return.
