It’s been 2 weeks and they still haven’t fixed my computer. Everytime I call it’s an excuse. They think I’m tech illiterate 🤦🏽‍♂️ the job only takes 1 hour but here I go 2 weeks later. I’ll update when I get my shi.

I was referred here by Geek Squad to fix a charging port issue. It was a simple fix while I waited. A small piece of plastic was extracted from the port. I was not charged a dime. If I ever need repairs on a device I will be back.

I've had 5 or 6 devices fixed here, most of which have worked out well. I've taken away one star rating for a device I paid to fix that never worked properly. I didn't bring it back in time for the 30 warranty which is my fault. I really wanted them to just acknowledge that their guidance was wrong and they should have never taken my $$ for a bogus repair. Obviously they see it differently. Moving forward...
