Im extremely satisfied with my experience, I had dropped off my PC parts on Friday night and Donelle had put everything together, nearly managed my cables and configured my system by the end of the following day. He was very communicative, friendly and definitely knowledgeable about what he does here. The end product has exceeded by expectations and he went above and beyond to ensure good customer support by offering me assistance in case I were to come across any issues in the weeks after. Today reminded me that there are still good people in this world—people with integrity, genuine intentions, and a strong moral compass. Donald is one of those rare individuals who truly goes above and beyond, and I feel so blessed to have met him. I came to Donald this morning feeling defeated. Two other technicians had already told me I’d need to replace my laptop’s motherboard, which costs almost as much as the laptop itself. Instead of giving up, I began searching for someone with the skill to repair motherboards, not just replace them. That’s when I found Donald. From the very beginning, he was kind, professional, and incredibly patient. He explained that while he’d done motherboard repairs in the past, he needed to test my laptop to know for sure if it was salvageable. I was hesitant to leave my computer because it’s my lifeline for school—I rely on it every day for studying and submitting assignments. But I knew I had to let go and trust the process. Donald assured me the diagnosis would take some time, and I appreciated how understanding he was throughout the conversation. In that quiet moment, I reflected on a lesson God has been teaching me recently: how to trust Him more fully. I have a habit of turning to God in times of need but only giving Him 85% of my faith. I trust Him enough to ask for help, but my independence gets in the way—I start looking for solutions on my own, as if I can’t completely rely on Him. I know that must look, to God, as though my faith isn’t whole. He reminds me often that His timing isn’t my timing, but it’s always perfect. Today was one of those reminders. When I got home, reality hit hard. Without my laptop, I couldn’t study or meet my deadlines, and today was the only day I had to focus on my work. Desperately, I began calling around to see if I could rent a laptop, but no one had any available. Defeated, I lay down, overwhelmed by the weight of my situation and prepared to sleep the day away. Just as I was preparing for a wasted day, Donald called with good and bad news. Bracing myself, I sighed and said, “I’m going to need a new motherboard, aren’t I?” Instead, Donald said he still working on it and would like to try a few more things, but offered me a loaner In that moment, I couldn’t hold back my tears. The timing, the thoughtfulness—it all felt like divine intervention. I thanked God immediately because I knew this was His way of stepping in at just the right moment. When I went to pick up the loaner, Donald went even further. Not only did he provide me with a laptop, but he transferred all of my school files so I could keep up with my schoolwork. His kindness and professionalism exceeded every expectation. Regardless of the final outcome with my laptop, I will forever be grateful for the way Donald handled this situation. His business operates with honesty, care, and integrity—qualities that are increasingly rare. Donald didn’t just offer a service; he truly *helped* me in a time of need, and for that, I will always remember him. This experience also reaffirmed something else: God’s timing is always intentional. Even when I try to solve problems on my own, He shows me time and time again that I need to rely on Him fully. Today, He provided help when I needed it most, in a way I didn’t expect.
