I cannot say enough how happy I am with the service that I got from Computer Village! They figured out the problems that I was having with my computer (caused by my own mistakes) and then sat with me patiently explaining what had been done to correct the issues. And then successfully saved my files from my dying time machine back-ups. The best of all, Pedro found a back-up from many years ago that I had been unsuccessfully searching for, enabling me to restore a very special family picture that had been accidentally deleted more than 9 years ago! Computer Village was great and I am so glad I decided to take my computer and back-up drive there!!!

I appreciate everyone at Computer Village! I have raised my kids through school with this group of people. They are full of knowledge and there may be a full store but you can always walk in and get help. Just got my youngest to college last week and I couldn't have done it without Apple products and the great customer service at Computer Village. Beats Apple Store lines, parking and the craziness of those stores.

Computer Village is the BEST place to take an Apple electronic. I had water damage to my LED display on a brand new Macbook Pro 16inch and they were able to get it back to me with a brand new screen within 2 days of dropping it off! Super fast and efficient. Thank you !

I had some problems with my laptop that it wouldn’t turn on and I had to get some documents out, I came here and they were superb. They were able to help me obtain the documents and transfer them over to another device. Especially, I commend Pedro who is very knowledgeable and did not give up, he didn’t stop until he found a solution.
