My husband was so impressed with him and how he solved my laptop issue that he decided to have him build him a new desktop. We are both super pleased and glad we called. Let me start by saying I don’t normally write reviews, but in this case, I felt compelled to share my experience. I’ve had a bad experience in the past with another company that claimed they could fix my computer, so I was very skeptical about hiring anyone else. That said, I had hit a wall and didn’t have many options left. I called a few places, and the conversations all started out the same — which immediately reminded me of my previous bad experience. Out of desperation, I decided to call ComputeRXPLUS, and I’m extremely glad I did. Gene was very professional and actually took the time to talk with me on the phone, educating me and even trying to help me troubleshoot the issue right then. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a simple fix, so I brought my computer in for service — and that’s when the real customer service began. Not only did Gene fix my computer the same day, but he also noticed a few things I had installed incorrectly and corrected them. Now my computer is running like a champ! If you need anything done on your computer or looking to buy a new computer, call Gene. He’s honest, affordable, and incredibly knowledgeable. When you leave, you’ll not only have a fixed computer — you’ll also feel more informed and confident, knowing you weren’t ripped off.

To start off, Gene was one of the smartest guys in the computer field I’ve ever met. He can build a hell of a computer. He was very helpful throughout the whole process of my build. Super genuine and trustworthy. He also stays very in touch and is very friendly and will help you fix or put something together no matter your knowledge on computers. I would recommend Gene to anyone who has an issue with their pc or is looking to build one. 5 Stars thanks for all the help!
