Ness KalI recently had the misfortune of purchasing olive oil from Ciro and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The oil had a rancid smell right out of the bottle, and the taste was equally atrocious—bitter, stale, and completely unusable for cooking or salads. The packaging was also subpar, with a poorly sealed cap that resulted in leakage during transit. To make matters worse, customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to address these issues. I will never buy from this company again and strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs. Would give 0 stars but that’s unfortunately not an option for this horrible company and very horrible owner

Jonathan Truncellitoconstantly sending incorrect orders, and when not doing that they are out of stock for what you need. they don't sell fresh produce only frozen when ordering for delivery... even the chicken comes frozen never fresh. My last straw though for not using this company ever again is the fact that today they couldn't get into touch with their delivery truck in order to ask where our food order is. they never came and due to this I had to close up shop because I ran out of cheese. This is horrible business. I will never order from here ever again. 0 stars if I could.
