I didn't actually hire this company. Why? I never got past the fact that I never actually SPOKE to a person, nor the fact that they went on my property without my knowledge or consent to make an estimate they never discussed with me. I got texts that I thought were some sort of AI program that just asked basic questions. If in fact it was a human, they never said so and never gave their name. I expected a phone call to schedule an appointment to discuss the work I wanted done. You know, face to face with a human who had a name - like every other company does business with their potential customers. Instead, I received an email with an estimate and pictures that only proved they were on my property - and I never gave them permission to do so! I just now replied to the email I received with their quote. I will NOT do business with a company like this. I have to this moment never seen a face, heard a voice or even actually discussed all the work I wanted done. I just got a quote for a job that would only provide a band aid for the problem. You know, make it LOOK better. It does not include any work that will actually solve the underlying problem that actually is CAUSING the concrete issues. Just cosmetic work that will temporarily make it look better. It's obvious this sort of work has been done before (we just bought the house). And until the problem causing this is fixed, it will just continue to happen. But, since I never spoke on the phone with anyone or met anyone in person, how was I supposed to discuss this? I told them and I'll tell you, I will NOT do business with this company.

Adam came out for an estimate, really liked the quote. Best price I received. I didn't respond right away, he reached out once. I explained I was super busy and would get back to him soon. He didn't hear back, didn't hound me. But he did send me a notice of discount pricing.
