Kiranpreet Kaur was more than helpful in finding us the house for lease in Kitchener/Waterloo region. She was very understanding and patient and didn't mind showing multiple place even though we were picky! She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. She explained the lease to us in detail and made sure we were comfortable signing all the clauses. She performed all the communication with the listing agent/landlord for setting up things like electricity, water and heat after we signed the lease. She is also negotiating with the landlord/listing agent to get us early possession for the property to make our move easier. She is a perfect example of realtor who would go above and beyond helping their clients to get perfect satisfaction and comfort.

I’d like to share my experience in working with this brokerage - specifically with BALKARAN CHADHA. He honestly showed us so much dedication and attention in our journey in selling AND buying. Extremely patient and tolerable, and I have to admit I was quite the controlling/demanding client! He never once let us down. Yes it was a bumpy road but he always gave us the time in showing us houses, explaining market trends and doing his research on what we thought was good for us. There were times when we got off track and he refocused us. He is skilled and professional and I 100% recommend him and this brokerage to you. Everyone is just so kind; him, the receptionist, the people working in the office. Everyone is super friendly. Balkaran did a magnificent job and he got the job done! He’s a straight-shooter yet very patient. He gets to know you and what your family is looking for. He looks for something that is better than what you initially looked for! He will become close to you as if he were part of the family, and that’s what made us trust him. He is very genuine and thoughtful. He’s smart, and he has tremendous work-ethic. He will work and work and work to get the job done. So just do it, call them and ask for Balkaran. Work with him and you’ll know what I’m talking about!
