We bought a beautiful 2021 Ford Mustang Mach 1 here the very last day of the year, December 31, 2025. Meant to write this review earlier but got busy. I just wanted to say everyone here was very welcoming and friendly especially both our salespeople Ty and Yves! Yves was very pleasant to talk to and answered every question I had! If he didn’t have the answer he went and found out what I needed to know. Ty was our original salesperson and she helped us finalize and get our deal done the last day of the year! She is so sweet and never put any pressure on us buying the car even with the knowledge of knowing it wasn’t the exact spec we were looking for. My wife dealt with all the finance side and had nothing but great things to say about the gentlemen that helped her. They got us a better rate than our bank and a great coverage warranty. The car was priced fairly and competitively and although it wasn’t the exact spec we wanted the team at Confidence gave us a great deal that made us happy with it. The more important thing to me was building a relationship here as we plan to by another raptor a couple years. We could have went to a dealer in Texas for a lower mileage Mach in the exact spec we wanted, but the friendly and polite attitude of the team here made me feel more deserving of our business. We look forward to buying from the you guys again and highly recommend anyone to shop here at Confidence for your next vehicle!

We had a wonderful experience from the beginning. We first had contact with Caydon, internet specialist. When we arrived Curtis, sale manager helped us. He was great! Curtis then turned us over to Andrew who was amazing. Then to financing we went and met Sean, the business manager and he was so great and very organized. Highly recommend.

Tye was amazing to work with from our initial phone call to the purchase of our vehicle, on the same day. She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would definitely work with Tye on our next purchase. Everyone we worked with at this location from Kayley, Sales Manager and Holly in Finance were also fantastic. Thank You All
