I picked this dental office due to it's positive Google reviews and that was an error on my part. I did email the office manager and never received a response. It does not surprise me considering my experience as a patient that communication is sub standard. DO NOT USE THE IPAD TO CHECK IN. The staff know it does not function reliably but they are not allowed to remove it. You will wait for 40 minutes before being told your appointment was canceled as you no showed. I have never missed so much work for dental appointments as I did here. They over schedule so I would have to sit, eating up my time off for every dental visit. (Cleanings were usually on time.) Front staff does not relay messages to dentists unless you follow up. Make sure you put your communication in writing and hope you get a timely response but don't count on it. The staff claimed my chart had no notes of the previous two weeks of dental visits. When I had a crown installed the equipment was not working correctly. They said it's an ongoing issue with that treatment room. We all got sprayed by the water, the drill did not function as it should etc. They have a very nice office but I do prefer functional dental equipment to nice decor. The dentist was kind but with all of the issues in the practice it was an overall negative experience.

My dental office was closed for vacation, referring emergencies to Clarence Street Dental. I called, got an appointment the next day. I was greeted by huge smiles from all the staff. Everyone friendly and welcoming. The dentist was awesome, explained in detail, gave me options to make the best decision for my situation. Nikita assisting the dentist was also excellent, very knowledgeable. There is a happy vibe all throughout the clinic, similar to my regular clinic, it's clear why my dentist office would refer this clinic for their patients when on vacation. If your looking for a dental office, this clinic offers many services for your dental needs. I would recommend Thank you Clarence Street Dental!

This was the best dental experience I have had. I am beyond terrified of the dentist and Dr. Tudo was kind and calming. The staff made my entire visit pleasant and I will definitely return to get the rest of my work completed. Thank you!!!

Great experience from start to finish with Jenna. She was gentle, thorough, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My teeth feel super clean. Highly recommend her!
