I only still go here because like my therapist but they are the worst. The front desk and financial people are both horrible and actually kind of mean considering they deal with mental health. Also, CBHA often times mismanages my prescriptions and I often have to beg for refills on time so I don’t lapse. Not the best place at all but they take my insurance.

My prescriber is fantastic! very understanding, very kind, and I’ve been very pleased with my experience. Knocking off a star because it’s incredibly hard to get in touch with the receptionist when I need something urgently from my prescriber. Everyone is otherwise very kind and it is easy to schedule appointments by call.
