Richard replied promptly to my expression of interest. Quickly attended a home visit to inspect and advise on the project. Following agreement on the costs of the initial planning permission work, Richard quickly completed and submitted the required information to the local authority. Following the planning permission being granted, Richard's follow up work, liaison with a building control company and the final build drawings were quickly provided.
