AVOID THIS COMPANY.....RECOMMENDATION DO NOT INVEST HERE. My family has experienced a catastrophic failure of trust and transparency with this company. Initially, interest payments were made, but they abruptly stopped without explanation. Our 92-year-old family member cannot access her funds for essential pre-planning, which is simply unacceptable. ​Key issues: ​ Funds Held Hostage: The company has ceased redemptions and interest payments. ​Zero Transparency: We were told redemptions are "sequential" but the company refuses to disclose our position in the queue. ​Lying/Misleading Communication: Emails were not received, but the company initially claimed I had opened them, later admitting to an "issue." ​Principal Parties Inaccessible: Direct owners/ principal contacts are nearly impossible to reach. Once contacted promises made are not kept. ​We believe the company is in dire financial straits and are launching formal complaints with the appropriate regulatory bodies for both sister companies. Please save yourself the heartache and risk we are facing.

Do not trust this company. I invested money in November 2024, and the investment was supposed to mature in May 2025. As of now, I still haven’t received my initial investment back. I only received the upfront interest payment — nothing else. There has been no transparency or clear communication since the interest was paid, and I have no idea what’s going on with the project. The only updates have been the 2 emails from the CEO — and four months after maturity, they informed investors that they were unable to secure refinancing.

We have invested with this company since 2016 and our first investment paid interest timely, however the completion of the project was delayed by two years in which time we were not able to get our initial investment back (but had already made a second investment into a HYOT). We were lucky to eventually have the first investment pay out, but it was stressful. Now our HYOT was for a 3 year term which they stopped paying interest on, we do not get any updates on any of the projects and the securities council has found wrongdoings. Profunds is holding our and many other investors money hostage and will not pay it out (even though it matured in 2024). DO NOT INVEST with this company. There is a great lack of communication and in violation of many items highlighted by the SEC. We do not believe we will receive our funds back. Some investors have started legal proceedings.
