Senior here. Retired. Appreciate good/excellent quality (Lexus owner from 1992). Wheels for the Wise is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with (I promise I have no affiliation what so ever). Three instances over past few years now (all pickups from medical procedures/operations). Professional (way beyond reasonable). Accommodating (above and beyond; medical pickup times can be insanely unreliable). Dependable (100% on time or early; great reputation with medical staff). The drivers I’ve had have been incredibly nice to deal with. Administration for payment is seamless and efficient. Only minor concern? Won’t let me tip the driver. Current policy, given anesthetic. How’s that for professional? Hope they accommodate in the future (pre-pickup tipping, perhaps?) If you don’t want to bother your friends or family (or are unable to), this is the solution for you! Highest possible 5 star recommendation, from someone who rarely makes reviews. Will I use again? 100%.

I just found out about Wheels for the wise a couple of weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier. It is very easy to book and both drivers arrived even earlier than the time requested. I had to have a procedure done where I was going to be sedated. The person picking me up came into the building for assistance and would have brought me to my door at home if I needed help. Both drivers were very friendly and professional. They do have a desire to help and it shows. I am very grateful for this service and strongly recommend them.

I never heard off this company until my shrink told me about the service as I started getting ketamine treatments in Halifax. OMG you couldn't ask for any better service, I have either John or Linda driving me the 1-1/2 hours to my appointments. These two are delightful they always arrive early and we have never been late for a session. I am so glad that the service is available for veterans, and we need to spread the word to help other vets. I am in a wheelchair and would love to see a couple new wheelchair vans, the only one they have needs replacement.

My Dad needed to go to a clinic in the hospital for a procedure. He is hard of hearing and has very low vision due to diabetic retinopathy. He was very impressed that his driver from Wheels for the Wise took him directly to the clinic, waited for him during the hour long procedure and escorted him all the way to his room. I know he felt safe and cared for in the hands of this person.
