Terrible customer service! Ive been trying to follow up on my covers but no one is picking any calls? No replies to my messages. No communication whatsoever absolutely nothing! Im very upset.. I have already paid the full amount online mind you, i placed my order on the second of feb, till now theres no updates. I dealt with them before two years ago and they were absolutely great. Im not sure whats going on now. I feel like im being scammed or something. I want my money back please. This is absolutely ridiculous!

We renovated 6 dining table chairs with Diwan furniture and we are really amazed by the quality of material and work done. They renovated the chairs in 2 days. Great job done!! I highly recommend this company.

I had my sofa upholstered by them , and one of the pillow had 2 stains. I informed them the same day and they said they will schedule someone to come to clean it for the next day. Nobody showed up and I was waiting whole day (I was off). I paid 2000 for it and it should be clean because that is the point of doing upholstery. I DON'T recommend. UPDATE: After 2 times of washing it in the washing mashine gentle wash 30° ( nothing unusual, it has zipper so it has this possibility to do that ) the stitches get loose, and made holes. Finishing was not strong enough. Answer to the owner: When I choose the fabric nobody told me that is dry wash only (would be nice if someone did because imentioned have a dog) maybe it was written somewhere I don't remember . If i were aware that i can't wash it in the washing machine i would it pick it.As for the cleaning, it was scheduled for the next day. I told you that I'm off and I will be waiting, so as I said I did . Nobody showed up and I wasted my whole day off siting at home and waiting. The next day I was waiting for anyone to contact me regarding cleaning and it did happed but AFTER i post negative review. Please don't tell me to check my WhatsApp because I remember very well what was there. Anyway someone approved this to be delivered (maye hoped I won't notice). Now I Don recommend even more, seeing that you are trying to put the blame on me . BTW one more thing that I didn't like is that I asked for pillow making and I clearly said I don't want any feather , and guess what is coming out from my pillow. Yea feather.
