Since 2019, our experience working with Contigo Technology has been extremely positive. We needed a partner that was responsive and helped our users resolve issues in a timely matter, someone that could learn our systems and properly document them, communicate concerns or recommendations to our management team, as well as provide all of the tools necessary to secure our systems as a whole. Contigo has exceeded our expectations in all of these areas. Their team is professional, polite, patient, and very knowledgeable. Even during the pandemic when our users transitioned to 100% remote work, Contigo went the extra mile to serve their clients. They extended their support hours at no extra charge, made it easy for users to continue to chat in with their support team, and helped us make sure that our home offices were up and running and secure. Not only has Contigo put into place the tools necessary to keep our systems secure, they have also assisted our users with additional projects like multi-factor authentication setup on our mobile devices, and provided us access to a portal where users can watch videos on cybersecurity as on-going training. Their staff also assisted us at our new office build-out to setup our existing equipment, added new WiFi extenders, and tested it before users began working in the space. Contigo also makes new PC set-up for new employees very easy with a checklist created specifically for our company. Contigo has also assisted us with our compliance efforts to align us with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework. Their compliance team is fantastic. They did a deep dive to review our existing policies and procedures to see where we needed to make adjustments or implement new policies. As part of this process, Contigo performed vulnerability scans and penetration testing, as well as a security risk assessment. Their team of professionals provided us with an in-depth review of their findings, addressed any questions we had, and provided recommendations based on these findings. We highly recommend this service as it covers all of the bases and is definitely needed, especially in today’s online environment. We highly recommend partnering with Contigo.
