Contracting NYC

Beautiful kitchen remodel! After researching and interviewing several NYC general contractors, we selected MyHome, and are so glad we did! What made MyHome stand out from the start was their proactive and consistent communication, from the initial contract negotiations (thank you, Ben!) all the way through to project completion. Adam, the MyHome Designer, did a wonderful job achieving a sleek, tasteful, modern look while staying within budget. We appreciated the entire team’s experience, dedication, and flexibility as they made sure the necessary materials were available and there when needed. As with most renovations, a couple of unexpected events occurred, but our Project Manager Danny was great about managing the schedule, coming up with creative solutions, and keeping us informed; he also did an excellent job handling the relationship with our building management so that no problems arose there at all. Finally, we were extremely impressed with their crews’ work ethic, expertise, and attention to detail. The stock cabinets we selected were installed in a way that makes them look almost custom; the floor and backsplash tile work as well as the drywall finishing/painting are impeccable, and we could not be more pleased with the final result. We happily recommend MyHome!

We recently completed our second project with MyHome: a total overhaul of the kitchen in our Manhattan apartment. Once again, MyHome exceeded all expectations. Our designer Rejla helped shape our vision and keep us in budget with quality material selection. Her layout has made our kitchen significantly more functional than it was--not to mention more beautiful. PM Danny kept everything on schedule. We're really happy with and grateful for the craftsmanship of Goga and his team. While going with MyHome might be slightly more expensive than other options, the peace of mind and quality of work is absolutely worth it to me. I will absolutely be calling MyHome again next time.

My experience with MyHome Renovations was topnotch. Starting with the initial consultation, to the final completion of the project, things moved along at a good pace and the whole process was seamless. We redid our kitchen with MyHome and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Our designer, Ben, was incredibly helpful in suggesting ideas and lightening fast getting plans worked up. He helped us with picking out appliances, lighting, color theme, etc. Staff at MyHome worked with our coop building management to get things approved, and it was a big relief that MyHome took care of that. Once the project got underway, our lead contact, Eran, was very helpful. He managed the construction crew expertly and the project was completed about 2 weeks early! The crew cleaned up at the end of their day and followed all the requests of our building management regarding disposal of materials, etc. Eran even arranged for a cleaning service to remove all the last bits of dust and debris from the work area. I give MyHome my highest recommendation!
