When I told him my team is stranded more than 4 hrs from home, he quickly diagnosed the problem & found that a silly shifter cable bushing was the culprit. He understood the assignment & went above & beyond the call of duty to make sure my team could get back on the road & home safely. We'll done good sir. The convenience of having them come to me was a huge plus—no waiting rooms or wasted time. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel like people need to be warned about AutoNation Mobile Service. I scheduled a service thinking it would be convenient — it was anything but. The technician showed up late, barely explained what they were doing, and left without giving a proper summary of the work completed. I should’ve known something was off. A few days later, my car started making noises it never made before. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion, and they found clear signs of sloppy work. What really got me was that when I called AutoNation to report the issue, they brushed it off and claimed it “couldn’t have been their fault.” No accountability. No offer to make it right. Just denial. Now I’m left with a more expensive repair than I started with — all because I trusted them with my vehicle. If you care about your car and your peace of mind, take it somewhere else. This company is all about convenience and zero about quality.

One of the worst services I have received. Quote one price and received another the day off. Plus their system tried to charge my account 4 times and overdrafted me close to 5k which flagged my account. On top i had asked for a call when he arrived and failed to do so. While performing the service the tech grabbed my car remote and broke it open. Do not know why? Now I have to buy a new one as without it working properly it does not let the car turn on! While calling customer service a so called manager started to argue with me and I had to tell him I was concerned the system kept charging me and now I have a broken transponder key, my vehicle makes a noise and ended paying 1300 for break pads. Not worth the pain and much less the price ! Avoid this service at all cost !! Save yourself the headache. On top he damaged our wheels Update: after months still no resolution! They kept over 1200 dollars and after they had double charged us we didn’t get our second charge refunded ! Their employees are not trained properly for this service! They did a pad slap and instead of telling us we needed to replace the disks first ? He just went with the repair and screwed us!! Made the car unsafe and we would have gotten in an accident!! He charged my card various times and also the owners card! He was a total mess ! His own management coundlt understand what happened ! We are still out of our money!! DONT USE THIS SERVICE!! Real bad job!! You are going to be at your own risk! Everyone that had their pads done should go back and inspect them!! Urgently!!
