I took my grandson yesterday. They extracted 5 teeth and gave him a prescription. The prescription can't be filled because they gave me an incomplete prescription missing DEA number of the dentist. The medications are not available over the counter and there are no meds that can be substituted. I've called repeatedly since yesterday without success. The pharmacy also attempted to call without success. Patient care transfers you to the voice mail of the dental office. I left a detailed voicemail on the hospital administrator voicemail. Again without success. This is utterly ridiculous. The extraction process and professionalism of the medical staff was very good. However, the follow-up is horrendous. I'm going to see if his orthodontist can prescribe the meds since there appears to be no way to contact DDS Goei or her staff.

This is ridiculous. There’s never any appointments available and I need a root canal on one of my molar tooth’s. Called at 8:04am and said they reached the amount of extractions a day for an appointment. If I could rate this a zero I would !

Ophthalmology: I have been going back and forth to this ophthalmology center for almost 10 years. I go back regularly every month and almost different doctors also look at me. They are doing the same things to my eyes over and over again and the findings in my eyes are different, there is no improvement, my vision has become even more blurry and sometimes the specialist doctors even hesitate or don't want to look at me every time I have an appointment with them. Another worst experience I had was when I was called crazy by a very arrogant doctor, Dr. Mitchell Greenberg, who didn't know how to treat patients. I just asked him not to close the door because I have a claustrophobia. It's like I'm inside of interrogation room and accusing me I'm not taking my medicine. Even the psychiatrist doctors don't call their patients crazy, this is the worst experience I have had at the Cook County Ophthalmology Center.
