Finally I got my new Durango 2024 Kenny helped me with my trade it was a Ram 1500 2014 Laramie crew cab trade in fair price they brought the truck 🛻. And I really appreciate the sales Name Amit,Saki they help me a lot with my 2024 Durango factory issues there was a factory defect with the alignment with the bumper and few scratch from transporting the truck I believe so. 5 star from me with their service and very reliable and you’ll feel very relief with them what I’m having with the Durango nothing is perfect( But I wanted my first brandnew truck to be perfect tho) I got a very high expectations on my brandnew 2024 Durango to be perfect, but almost perfect got some factory issues bumper gap. But thanks to them for keeping it touch with me and give me assurance about the problems. Thanks Saki,Amit They even give me a free touch up pen for the scratch 🥂 I attached photos the front bumper gap that was my issue with I got the car after one hour i received the truck from the dealership I find out when I got to plaza taking photos, but they fix it, they just close it up a little bit but still there and nothing they can do Noah says it came from factory like the gap, hmm I wish they could even the gap with the right and left bumper. Hi , Ed my service technician fixed my car within a half hour. He let me know what the possible issues might be and zeroed down on one of them quickly. He has as kind quick and informative. Very little cky to find him working on my car. Thank you Ed. Aris

Paid $600 labour plus parts to have a leaking oil filter housing replaced plus an additional $100 labour for an "engine shampoo" and $12.00 for a can of brake clean. Looks to me like I paid $113.00 for tech to clean oil residue with a can of brake clean and call it an engine shampoo! Very disappointed and would not recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Cooksville Dodge is hands down the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I brought in my 2023 Charger for a rattling noise and told them clearly it sounded like something was loose. Instead of actually diagnosing the issue, they made up some ridiculous excuse saying it was carbon buildup in the exhaust — at only 11,000 km. Then they told me to “just drive it more” and it would go away. Unreal. I knew that was BS, so I went to another Dodge dealership in Brampton, and guess what? The tech found the real issue — a loose exhaust clamp. He tightened it up and got me back on the road. Didn’t charge me a single dollar. It was covered under warranty — like it should’ve been. A few weeks later, the clamp came loose again. I gave Cooksville Dodge another chance and told them straight up: it’s the clamp, just replace it. Instead, they charged me almost $90 just for an inspection, then blamed it on my mid-muffler delete, saying the welder “did a poor job” so they wouldn’t cover it. What a lazy excuse. The mid-muffler delete had nothing to do with the clamp issue. I told them that, but they just wanted to overcharge me again. I walked out and took my car to a private shop. Got a genuine OEM clamp from Dodge for $80, paid $40 labour, and the car’s been perfect since. Moral of the story: Cooksville Dodge is more focused on making money off customers than actually fixing problems. They ignored a simple issue, refused to honor warranty, made excuses, and wasted my time and money. Meanwhile, another Dodge dealership had no problem handling it properly and professionally. Save yourself the headache — go literally anywhere else.
