Cool Hands was referred to us by a HD installer based on our needs to add another breaker to our panel for the new oven. Mind you we “wanted” to upgrade the panel for sometime & also trust that we would not be taken advantage of. When Shiloh & Kanyon came to the house it was all sales & I’m not easily swayed. Once they left the hubs & I talked it over & we agreed to get the new breaker & also the full exchange-upgrade of the entire panel from inside a closet to outside the house. The Cool Hands team including, Luke the owner did an awesome job!! They split the work to accommodate the oven install. They streamlined the entire 2 days of events for us. Answered all our questions & provided great customer service. We were also educated in electrical upgrades & recommendation for future work. Love the pricing transparency they provide. I recommend them for all electrical needs!

Highly recommend. Cool Hand recently completed installation of a Kohler whole house back-up generator. Shiloh initially visited our house twice to assess the project and offer options for scope and pricing. He then developed the design for a very, very complex installation and was the lead installer, with strong support from Daniel and Matthew, during some of the most bitter cold days of the winter. Shiloh was a perfect representative for Cool Hand. He was professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, timely, friendly, and a terrific communicator. Kristen and Rebekah in the office were also very friendly and great communicators.

Shiloh was great. He came to fix a malfunctioning doorbell that we couldn't figure out. Not only was he able to fix the problem, he let us know our surge protector was outdated and was able to bring us to code.
