It's unfortunate to say, but the salesmen at this establishment left a lot to be desired in terms of customer service and respect. I visited Cool Tech with high hopes of finding the latest gadgets and tech solutions, but my enthusiasm quickly waned due to the unprofessional behavior of the salesmen. It was clear that they lacked the basic understanding of how to treat customers with respect. They seemed disinterested, inattentive, and overall unhelpful. Not only did I feel ignored, but my questions and concerns were met with indifference, which is not what one expects when spending their hard-earned money. It's disheartening when salespeople fail to recognize that their role involves assisting and guiding customers through their purchasing decisions. My overall experience at Cool Tech was tainted by this lackluster service. I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. In a market as competitive as the tech industry, it's essential for businesses to prioritize exceptional customer service and make customers feel appreciated. I sincerely hope that Cool Tech takes this feedback to heart and works to improve their customer service. In the future, I would like to see more knowledgeable and customer-oriented staff in place to create a more pleasant shopping experience. Until then, I will be hesitant to return or recommend Cool Tech to others.
