I had a duel fuel heat pump installed in August by cool deals. And he was very respectful to my house and got the system installed in a day and a few hours. There was extra ductwork that needed to be updated and let me just say. System works fantastic. He even came out 3 months almost exactly to come make sure system was working properly and he checked everything. Gives me piece of mind knowing he cared about his work. He even took some extra time to help me on my computer to get all my rebates. I would definitely be calling him for tunups and if I need anything done.

Worthy of their 5-star streak. Had this house for over a decade, this is the first winter we didn't have a drastic temperature difference between floors. They run their business they way people used to - you have a problem, they show up and fix it. They didn't try to sign me up for a subscription program, they didn't try to scare me into anything or try to upsale me products I didn't want or need. They stand by their warranty and have earned their place as my go-to HVAC company.
