ChristianAside from the store being a mess at all times, the way they change the prices is insane. These cans went from 85p to £1.35 to now £1.65! What is the point????
Goga MarkovicExtremely bad customer service for some time now and their prices are not cheap. The local Sainsbury’s is cheaper! Also, they don’t care to remove rotten fruits often. It was not like this in the past but lately this is the case. They need a customer service training. I just go there if I don’t have any other choice. Part two: few days I walked there to buy something because I had to, ripped boxes were all over the floors. It wasn’t even 8pm. Health and safety hazard and disgusting also. From bad to worse, no hope for this place because the management obviously doesn’t care about this store. Would you like to shop here?

I have seen this particular staff on various occasions mopping the floor in the middle of the day not bothering to put the yellow signs in place (middle age lady, wears hidjab, didn't have a name badge) She had the nerve to ask me to go on another side of the shop because "I am mopping here" after I have refused, she openly engaged in a very impolite conversation making sure her fellow colleague is involved too. Felt unwelcome and unsafe. Why would you keep someone who does such a simple job having zore understanding of customer service while there are so many people looking for jobs right now who could really be an asset for this shop. What a shame
Fauziah Mat abuNormally, I would give 5/5 for their services. However today. They have let me down with their delivery. They delivered 2 items out 6/7 items. 1 bag was left behind. Phone co op and they informed the driver to come back to collect the items. He kinda refused and end his job. I call co op and they said they have put it in the system for the next delivery. I've waited for for 3 hours. No delivery. I call again and they said I have to wait for another 45 minutes. I would have cancelled the order. But I just had my knee operation and can't walk to the shop. I hope this is just one off boo boo. Otherwise I am pleased with their services.
