JoshyXIThe staff that work here are incredibly lazy, spend all their time chatting amongst each other at the back of the store, while I'm waiting at the till for a age verification. They were completely clueless. This happens everytime I go to Templecombe Co-Op, disgusting customer service. Next time I'll just steal what I like as none of the staff are present. Take what you like they would be too busy chatting to care 😂
Rhys DavisI wish all coops were like this. Lovely and clean with nice wide isles so it never feels over crowded. Great selection of stuff and friendly staff. Cash machine too. One tiny gripe the volume on the self service checkouts was set to verrrry loud.
Luke TaylorThis is a decent shop with really friendly staff, a pretty good range of vegan and gluten-free products, and a free cash machine. One issue, though, is the lack of staff, which means you're often left waiting to be served at the counter while staff are stacking shelves or getting stock from the back room. There are self-service checkouts but, depending on what you're buying, you may need staff to verify your age, so you often end up waiting either way. Obviously, this is Co-op's fault; the staff do their best despite having to do several jobs at once!
