This was our first home construction experience and Cooper Design Build (CDB) kindly and professionally held our hand through the entire process. CDB delivered on time and as promised a beautiful, long lasting, well constructed and permitted result that we will cherish for a very long time. They accommodated our living in the house during the entire 6 months of construction. Their subcontractors were excellent, especially the trim, drywall, tiling and plumbing workers. As with any major construction, unplanned issues occurred, but company president Lane Cooper, construction project manager Nate Seiler, and other staff handled them all to our satisfaction. We highly recommend CDB for your home building or remodeling projects. Our advice to anyone is that with any major project, you want to have a complete and detailed written list describing everything to be completed and have them agreed upon, so as to minimize any cost changes or misunderstandings that may arise. CDB was professionally committed to ensuring the written items were completed as promised and making sure our desired construction result was achieved at the agreed upon pricing.
Cooper Design Build & Remodeling helped my husband and I do a full remodel of our home in 2021-2022. From start to finish they were wonderful. They helped create my dream home. Lead by PM Nate and Interior Designer Staci, the project was planned and executed on time and exactly as I had imagined. Cooper has exceptional trade support that completed everything from electrical, cabinetry, floors, and panel restoration to finish-work, paint and wallpaper. The team proactively communicated every step and supported resolving issues when they came up immediately. I would recommend Cooper Design Build to anyone planning to undergo a renovation or remodel for their ability to plan, manage, execute and deliver on time and on budget.
