This insurance company is so frustrating. Once in a while you get spectacular service but 80% you get people who couldn’t care less. They’re fine to have you sit on hold for 2 hours then tell you to call back tomorrow, they don’t respond to emails, they cancel your policy without notifying you. Would not recommend. We will be taking our business elsewhere to people who actually want it.

Absolutely ridiculous service! I have been calling for 2 days and every time I get either no answer or someone who says they are not even licensed in Alberta and then just forwards me around. What kind of useless system is this? I have never dealt with such incompetence. If this is how you treat people before they even buy insurance, I can’t imagine what happens after.
