Worst service provided by them , i got my car insurance quote from co-operators customer service and sent me an email with my reference number and the adress and contact number of pierce insurance in olds . They told me that just call pierce financial group and give your reference number and they will finalise your auto insurance . I called them regularly for 3 days , but they dont have any auto advisor present at location .

I was out of the country for 7 months; never caused an accident in over 50 years, a virtually perfect driving record. Because of the 7 month gap, they informed me that they were raising my premiums to the highest level. I still remember that cold, reptile stare when I pleaded with them not to raise my rates. I was forced to go elsewhere, where they said, "No problem, we can check your driving record from your license."

After over 50 years with Cooperators we were beyond belief when a new agent (I say this because he didn’t seem to have answers and kept putting us on hold) gave us a couple of options on buying another vehicle. When we questioned him ( because we have had other options previously) we were told that we could find another broker to insure the new vehicle. So sadly we have all our vehicles with them and 2 homes. Maybe it’s time for a change if this is how 50 years of loyalty is handled. Just thought the owner should know as this is not a great reflection on the Cooperators whom we have always had a great relationship with.

I had home and vehicle insurance through the Co-operators and recently switched to a new insurance provider. The Co-operators wanted to charge me $370/month for home insurance alone and I was able to bundle my home and auto insurance with another provider for $311/month, with more comprehensive coverage. I went into the office to cancel my insurance with the Co-operators and was assured by an associate that they wouldn't charge the new fee to my account. Unfortunately, they did, so I went back to the office the next day and spoke to the same associate... who implied I was lying about what she had said. I will never recommend this agency or organization and have successfully talked family members into switching to another insurance company. Save your time and money, go somewhere else. The associate I spoke with did offer a refund, though it was clear she only did so begrudgingly. ETA: No refund has been deposited. The issue has been escalated to corporate.
