Never ever in 64 years of life have I been treated more rudely. The customer service rep at the West side location was possibly the most caustic person I’ve have ever encountered. I had no issues, nothing to do but turn over keys & sign over title on a totaled vehicle. I was pleasant & fully prepared. To have had to sit in my rental car to collect myself before driving away because I was so upset by the nastiness, hateful attitude & demeanor was a new one. Having a totaled car is extremely emotional & this one was especially hard for me due to circumstances. Try to do better Copart, being kind is so much easier.

My car was brought here from the police impound. After my car was deemed a loss by between the police in pound, whoever they had transport my car (AFFORDABLE TOWING LLC) from there to copart less than 24 between the three of them someone stole all my stuff out of my car as of if I wasn’t going to come get it. They are trash some thieves and whoever stole my stuff will lose 1000x that which they stole. AND SO IT IS 💫
