good experience, one problem is that they charged me an extra fee when I came back after a few hours of hanging around (dinner, shopping, haircut) because I didn't have any opening to pick it up another day, for ASAP diagnostic... dude already did the diagnostics, knew what was up, and still charged me that 40$ which greatly upset me... the service was great other than that, dude gave me hardware to check out, a website to check PC part compatibility, and told me to call if there was anything else, so really friendly, just really that 40$ surcharge making me retract the two stars it's already 60-80$ just to have them tell me my motherboard is kaput :/

I brought my laptop in today 22-11-19, the technician said it could cost upto 250$, to my surprise I got a call seven hours later telling me everything was fine and there would be a minimum charge and everything was fine. Le gens tres honette et fiable. I will recommend them to anyone to who will need their service
