Stay away from these guys! They are a "bait and switch" operation! They quoted me for a package with 8 lawn-care applications throughout the season. I had asked them to make sure their quote covered the full lawn (not just up to our fence, but all the way to our property line beyond the fence). They confirmed everything, and when their Service Tech came out the very first time in February, I reconfirmed it with him and he performed the service as requested. They repeated the service the second time as well in March. I was happy until that point and also signed up for their tree and shrub package. Then for the April service, the lawn-care service tech (Joey Ortiz) calls me and says that my house was his last stop and he has run out of product. He proceeds to inform me that I have signed up for coverage only till the fence and not beyond. Why wait until the 3rd service to bring that up?? If they can't service the area beyond the fence, they should have made it clear to me before they agreed and charged my credit card. Joey was also rude and when I asked for a manager to call me, he hung up on me! The so-called "manager" (a guy named Austin) emails me a map of my property and says that their coverage is "typically" only until the fence and that they couldn't have agreed to treat the entire property till the property line. I asked him to get the full property treated as agreed, and he tells me that he cannot commit to when it will be treated and that the issue is under investigation on their side. What a load of baloney! They already took my money upfront - well over $1,000 including both lawn-care and the tree-and-shrubs packages, and now they don't want to do the work as agreed. I will never use this company's services again, and will complain to the BBB as well if they don't come back and re-treat this week (or refund my money).

Matt (Turf Service Manager) was amazing. He answered all of my questions and spent time teaching me about Bermuda and how to get my yard where I would like it to be. This is why I have Weedex because of people like Matt. If you are looking for a company that is willing to help you get your yard where you want it to be Weedex is that company. They will teach you about your yard and set realistic expectations based on the variables that you have. I had another company before Weedex and all they did was apply more products that didn’t work and never were able to educate me on why my yard looked the way it did.
