Customer experiences
Coquitlam Centre is such a great place to shop and hang out! I love how it has a wide mix of stores, from big-name brands to smaller shops, so there’s always something for everyone. The food court has tons of tasty choices, perfect for a quick bite or a casual meal. Parking is usually easy to find, and the mall feels clean, bright, and welcoming. It’s definitely one of my go-to spots whenever I’m in the area.
⭐️ Review (4 stars) I recently visited Coquitlam Centre in Port Coquitlam—a well-established and spacious mall that’s conveniently located near Coquitlam Central and Lincoln SkyTrain stations . With around 200 stores including anchors like Walmart, Best Buy, London Drugs, T&T, and more, it easily covers all your shopping needs . The layout is clean and comfortable, with high vaulted ceilings and natural light streaming from skylights—really adds to the pleasant vibe inside. The food court offers a good variety of cuisines, and I found the staff friendly and the facilities tidy . Parking is generally ample, and transit access is excellent via the nearby SkyTrain and bus network . I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because it can get crowded during peak times, which makes navigation a bit slower. Also, I’d love to see more entertainment or leisure options Still, Coquitlam Centre offers solid variety, convenience, and a comfortable shopping experience. It's definitely worth a visit, especially if you’re in the area or need a one-stop retail stop.
Don't be offended for the 3 star ⭐ rating. We love to shop at Coquitlam Centre especially T and T, Walmart and Food Court. However, there are problems with security and parking issues that kind of deter us from going there. Ever since the SkyTrain started operating years ago these 2 problems are coming up day after day. From upper parking lot stairs leading to Walmart and Food Court washrooms to illegal parking near SkyTrain Lincoln station. The patrons do not understand the Mall itself is Private Property. These rude people gave fingers and called RCMP when they are confronted. I don't think they are Canadians anymore. Aren't we polite and friendly and helpful people. Since when we become rude and selfish. Wake up people, this Mall property is Private Property.
A really nice mall and the air conditioning is a savior right now making it very comfortable. The food options in the food court are great and the shops are a nice blend of budget, friendly, all the way up to high-end shops. Definitely worth checking out. If I had to nitpick, I would have to say I did not see any covered parking which I would imagine really sucks during the rainy and snowy season. Other than that, a really fantastic mall.
