The job came out beautifully and we are extremely thankful for the amount of care and attention to detail he put into his work.

I had a bathroom sink leak and I called up Trinity Plumbing and Niko came the very same day to help me deal with it. He's professional, polite, very helpful and stands by his work. He explained the problem and was able to fix it instantly, coming the same day that I called him. If I ever have an issue again, Niko will be the one I call for help.

We found trinity on google from an ad, we proceeded to call them for a clogging issue from our toilet after looking at the reviews we felt that they were highly credible to do the job. The plumber came to my salon to try to fix the issue and within 5 minutes he mentioned that he dropped the top part of the toilet onto the tank, he then mentioned how it was our fault that he dropped the ceramic and proceeded by telling us that it was going to cost us 600$ to fix it. We then agreed that they would replace the toilet the following day (today) and they were supposed to come between 9-11 AM and never showed up or picked up the phone when we called them. Horrible business and horrible people running it. Highly DO NOT recommend, I've never written a review before and this is one that needs attention, from one business owner to another this is terrible business, I will need to find a new plumber now to replace the entire toilet and still fix the issue which we called for in the first place. EDIT: Update on the situation. The owner told us to take down the review and he would compensate us by installing us a new toilet. However, he lied for the second time after constantly calling the company. At this point, it's not even about the money, it's just a waste of our time.
