My name is Pacita Pendon. I experienced pain and loss of function to my right shoulder and arm. Hashmeet Singh was the physiotherapist that looked after me. On day 1, he told me that I will be able to gain my function to shoulder and arm and he was right. That feeling was so precious to me. I have high respect and trust in him. He is so gentle and professional in all what he does. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. He must be a great asset to your company. I brought my son here for two injuries and I have to say the service and staff are exceptional. Hashmeet helped my son a lot with his recovery and pain management. He is very professional with a great sense of humor. The front desk staff are always attentive and supportive. Overall it was a great experience for my son and we would definitely back here again.

As a patient in pain it is important to be in a safe and inclusive environment. When requesting a female staff, the patient next to us began to laugh and went on a rant "In this modern time? Are you serious no males?" She was an older white lady who felt comfortable being loud and condensencing towards us with only a curtain between us. This is of course in part due to her lack of better education and achievement in life, and also because the white male staff who irresponsibly welcomed her endless petty remarks totally ignoring us, the visible ethnic minority patient in pain without an apology. It's 2025 and Canada is a multicultural nation and every human deserves respect and equality in healthcare institutions.

It happened that my insurance company sent me to be examined by Dr. White that I was and still suffering with continuing pain and sores that forced me to follow long 1 year and a half of physiotherapy and daily use of Tylenol Muscles, Voltaren extra strength cream, Deep relief to calm down effects and pains from injuries caused by a car accident on March 8th 2023; Dr. White (who was hired by AVIVA insurance) found out that I am okay and my injuries doesn't pretend me of working normally! (((But MRI result had another opinion explained: "*Impression 1. Full-thickness supraspinatus tear on a background of chronic arthropathy. 2. Infraspinatus tendinopathy 3. Low-grade partial tear of the articular surface of the subscapularis tendon on a background of chronic arthropathy. 4. Long head of biceps tendinopathy...*"))) So, for like 2 years I was and still am suffering of damaged right shoulder (presently on surgery waiting list) and fragile sensitive lower back with continuous pain (still waiting for MRI gir my back) and the answer by Dr. White to my insurance is just a pity minor injury what made the insurance cut my income replacement! Wow! NOT RECOMMENDED ❗️
