I’ve been going to this studio since it open and I love it so much. What I love most are the instructors. I take classes a few times a week and I appreciate that every instructor is different. So even though we are still doing yoga the pace is different, the combinations are different, the instruction is different, every class is different. Also I appreciate that there is no pressure. There are days where my body can’t do what it did the day before but the instructors give various alterations to accommodate us. The energy in the space is wonderful and relaxing, the owners and students are kind and friendly, everything about this place is amazing. I’m really hoping that attendance grows and turns into the yoga studio that it deserves to be. 🩷
My husband and I stumbled upon Soul Friends about a year ago, looking for something to balance out our HIIT training and wow, I don’t think we could have imagined what a jewel we would find. All of the owners and instructors are kind and caring folks who truly want their yogis to have the best experience every time they enter the studio. They are all so good at ensuring every level of practice is accommodated in their classes so everyone can reach their goals, whether physical, mental or both. The members are all so gracious and welcoming, too. It really is a joy to practice at Soul Friends.
I have been searching for a yoga home and nothing has felt right, until Soul Friends. I 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a safe space for personal growth, exploration, inner yogi fire, and meditation in motion. While the space is beautiful, it’s not what makes this studio. It’s the community from beginners, to experienced. Perfectly imperfect and so full of life, from the warm welcome at the door all the way down to the mat. I am beyond grateful to have found Soul Friends.
